Soon after school, Karl joined several law firms where he gained a lot of experience from the court proceeding he attended or participated in as well as from the work he did at the firms. After years of hard work at the firms Karl Heideck decided that he wanted to do more, he felt that it was his duty to help individuals with legal issues as well as help companies that did not take advantage of its employees. Recently he has written a few articles where he spoke out on a few sensitive issues that affected both the public and small businesses.
In one of the articles, Karl talked about an ongoing lawsuit filed against Wells Fargo by the people of Philadelphia, where the state was claiming that the bank was violating the Fair Housing Act by allocating risky loans that had very high-interest rates to minorities even when they were eligible for low-risk low-interest loans. Additionally, Karl has written about employment laws that small businesses may take for granted that if ignored and not followed could land a company in trouble with the law. He has given great advice and guidelines that he hopes will better the quality of life for each person. It is clear from the achievements of Karl Heideck that for one to succeed, there is no shortcut. One must be thorough with his work, and more important have the passion in what he or she does.
