Omar Boraie is a patriarch and president of Boraie Development LLC. He is glad to see the fulfillment of his vision of rebuilding the New Brunswick. A pathetic condition was inevitable when they were starting its building back in 1972. Omar Boraie recalls that the streets were lonely anytime past 4 pm as people left the town. The present face of New Brunswick was not there back then. Omar Boraie first established an office on the eighth floor on the street of Albany. This building brought a new face of high-class offices that were well spacious.

In 2003, another tower was built next to the first one which accelerated the need for spacious class A offices. Residential units that were top flight were needed for the town to continue its growth. This propelled Omar to have a vision of a building that was to be built the New York style. This building is currently the tallest in the region and is well spacious. It only took two months to sell this building that was completed in 2007. Visit boraie.com for more.
